We can easily accomodate the client's own views and requirements for the development strategy of a project. Our primary aim is to provide a software service to the client which conforms to the client's own working practices. In cases where the client has no specific software development strategies we would propose to run the project under a development plan as outlined in the next few pages.

What about existing products?

Perhaps you're stuck with an old development which has a number of problems, or could really use a few enhancements. We can help here too. We will consider software maintenance or fault finding contracts for your existing projects. In these cases we would need access to your existing software source. If you are able to supply us with any design documentation for your project this normally speeds up the the fault identification and rectification process.
