• liase with marketing representatives in order to determine the client's full expectations,
• to give experienced software input to the client's own discussions/ meetings.

It is likely that a number of questions may need to resolved between the client and ourselves in order to ascertain some of the more ambiguous parts of the requirement. All communications between both parties will be confirmed in writing, thus reducing the possibility of miss-interpretation.
