Assuming, Applied Software Engineering Limited is to consider implementing the software solution defined by the specification document, the company will break the specification down into several identifiable components. Once a complete list of tasks has been derived we will determine how much time will be needed for each task and from this we will produce a project tender document. This document will identify each of project stages, along with anticipated completion schedules. During the lifetime of the project this document can be used by both parties to determine how well the project is progressing.
