At the end of every contract undertaken by the company a review of original cost estimates, against actual costs will take place. This will be carried out by at least one of the directors in conjunction with all personnel who had involvement with the contract. Wherever possible Applied Software Engineering likes to invite the client to attend these contract reviews. This final analysis allows us to continually review our effectiveness to the client, and ensures that the best possible service is provided to all our customers, especially you!
