Those which cover software originally written by Applied Software Engineering Limited.

Those which cover clients' software which was not originally coded by Applied Software Engineering Limited.

In both cases a maintenence contract only deals with correcting demonstrable faults in the intended functionality of the code at the time when the maintenence contract was arranged. When maintenence is being considered for software not written by Applied Software Engineering, we will require user documentation and source code in order to quote for the maintenence.
