We are prepared to discuss invoicing and payment details, and negotiate a tailored agreement. However, we prefer to evaluate your requirement and place it in one of the following three categories: - Standard Specification - typically, when you want us to produce a document which describes your requirements in full. You will be able to pass this document on to our implementation department, to another software house, or to other software engineers knowing that they have a clear description of your requirements.
- Standard Implementation - typically, when you want us to implement your requirement in accordance with a written specification document.
- Undetermined - covers anything which can not be placed in either of the two previous categories.
In addition to these contract catagories we will identify any expense costs which may be incurred. For example, for our overseas clients it is sometimes necessary to temporarily import equipment for the period of software development.
