Policy Statement
Sexual harassment is not tolerated in any form. We are committed to preventing, identifying, and addressing sexual harassment and related misconduct in the workplace and in all work-related activities.
Sexual harassment includes unwanted conduct of a sexual nature that has the purpose or effect of violating a person’s dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment.
We will:
- Treat all individuals with dignity and respect
- Take all reports of sexual harassment seriously
- Investigate concerns promptly, fairly, and confidentially
- Take appropriate action where misconduct is identified
- Protect individuals from retaliation for raising concerns in good faith
Applicability
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, temporary staff, interns, and third parties engaged in work on our behalf, including interactions with customers and suppliers.
Reporting
Anyone who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment is encouraged to report it through appropriate internal channels. Concerns may be raised without fear of retaliation.
Governance
This statement reflects our internal policies and procedures, which are reviewed regularly and supported by management.
